I've always loved houses and the real estate market but I never thought about it as a career until I started watching HGTV to get some ideas for decorating my new house about 10 years ago and got obsessed with house hunting shows which led to renovation and flipping shows.

What about decor? 

It's important to note that not everyone will have the same taste in decor, so having a vibrant/unique colour scheme could be a turn-off for a lot of people.Clean from top to bottom.Every room should be cleaned and bad odours removed as it could be something as small as this that turns viewers off the home.

After following advice I found on BP, I used $.79 per foot porcelain tile from Floor and Decor.

Used appliances, used corian (off white color turned out to have slight pinkish cast so will not do that again, especially as floor n decor sells silestone 10" preformed for $500, granite even cheaper.)PS James Vermillions house is my dream house, so adorable.

So I just remove the gas line and people usually put candles or other decor on the fireplace.  

. $200/night is for an older house and crappy decor/bad listing pictures and description, and this house I am dealing with is new and very nice.I am working on estimating how much utilities and maintenance will cost.

Just a cheap way to cut corners and look like you installed decorator outlets.

So that all furniture and decor will match for the tenants…keeps it open to the maximum number of potential occupants

Decorative wall tile like a backsplash is less of a concern.
