It's important to note that not everyone will have the same taste in decor, so having a vibrant/unique colour scheme could be a turn-off for a lot of people.Clean from top to bottom.Every room should be cleaned and bad odours removed as it could be something as small as this that turns viewers off the home.

Used appliances, used corian (off white color turned out to have slight pinkish cast so will not do that again, especially as floor n decor sells silestone 10" preformed for $500, granite even cheaper.)PS James Vermillions house is my dream house, so adorable.
