Not sure i would put much time and energy into starting wholesaling bizz.. tough way to make a buck and being outlawed left and right across the country. 

@Kinnari PandyaThere are no best cities there are better ones and cities that will work better for you your lifestyle, time, and energy.

This doesn't have to be the one you choose, but you should focus your energy on one asset class or strategy to vet it thoroughly.

My mind works that way too.In my experience, whenever I've truly wanted to learn a new business inside and out (especially if I didn't know anything about it to begin with) I've found that it's very difficult to completely cut out the less exciting aspects of the business and whittle everything down to a short list of bullet points.There are definitely a lot of "quick start" guides out there (and they're great for highlighting the biggest action steps at the outset), but there's still a lot of learning that needs to happen to fill in the gaps.

In my opinion most banks will offer a business checking account, but you'll want to save your time/energy to those banks that can also help you on the lending side.

Go have fun with nesting & focus that energy on your marriage and take care of yourself so that you can best take care of him and his baby.

I don't care about someone's color, religion, sexual proclivities, their stance on green energy, political affiliation, etc.I want people that pay rent on time, take care of the property, and communicate when needed.

That used to be a big deal, now not so much.....There was a long period where that was not really a consideration yet people continued to prefer separated rooms.And to the extent that energy costs continue to rise it is likely to be relevant again (and actually already is for a lot of people).
