You'll find good people on there looking for work and the rates cannot be beat (well you can have someone in Asia for half the price but idk how that would work if you need the phones answered during the day).

One interesting comment he did have however is that there has been an influx in migration from Asia, which I thought was interesting, not sure the reasoning behind it.

I live in an expensive zip code in Silicon Valley and even in the last few months I have seen people move in to the area from different parts of the world including Europe and Asia.

(In Asia, condos are usually residential units in high-rise buildings).I get you saying putting my own money in the deal to show confidence--I definitely do not have full confidence yet in what I intend to do but I'm working on it, maybe because I know what don't know and I also don't know what I do not know at this time.

There are two markets i'd like to invest in with the syndication route.One is the midwest where i already have a large personal portfolio.Second, i'd like to invest in hotels in east asia.
