Dog trash on yard; cigarette butts on yard.Since then we dislike booking from VRBO and dislike work group. 

I'm trying to figure out on the naming of this facility as this is going to be much more then just simple self storage and would appreciate some thoughts as some options I'm thinking are     as some keyword and then followed by  storage and yards or should i leave the yards out . like :   safe storage and yards    american storage and yards

Newbie here.I’m curious of a possible situation where I build a small 2 bedroom guest house in my back yard for a short term rental.

I also said that I don't want her dog barking at me all the time when I'm just trying to enjoy my yard.

My thinking is that as long as the yard looks like a yard and can function as a yard (ie. junk-free, has grass & dirt), then it doesn't make much sense to invest heavily into landscaping like re-sodding or other projects.

This is taken from the height of the existing grade in the front yard to the underside of the first-floor joist. 

For our STR we have ring cameras and driveway/front yard cameras. 

*No one* cleans up yards properly after dogs, which then means either my cleaners have to do it or I have to hope the next guest doesn't complain about their kid stepping in a land mine in the yard;5.

I don't know where you are in Northern Indiana, but I would suggest starting in your own back yard where your wife knows the market.
