Also what @Kevin Siedlecki suggested would make you have to have a real estate license (and possibly a mortgage brokers license and possibly a financial planners license) in every state that I know about.

What helped me a lot was setting up systems from day one and even going so far to have an hourly schedule. my daily planner is like this: 7 am MLS Market overview, 8am social media / email marketing, 9 am prospecting calls and so on.

I am not saying there wont be inflation but our central planners (the fed) can just raise rates to keep it in check.We are having a massive deflationary event right now, so if the fed is successful in re inflating the bubble, then start to look for inflation
