It rents for $1750 (was a high rent almost a year ago, but is now under market, since rents have shot up...we are on a 2 year lease for med school students to finish school).

I have considered Central CA - mostly Merced due to the the university expanding, the med school that's coming, and the high speed rail (if that ever finishes...)

HSA money is instantly available (all of it) for qualified medical expenses (medical office visits for doctor, dentist, optical, mental health; prescriptions for most meds, procedures, even Medicare premiums when he gets there).

Besides there are good meds for that, I know someone with this affliction.There are enough sample test questions on these tests that are word for word on the exam that after some time memorizing the questions and answers a monkey could pass.

As a young adult, I began my own business socked away money for my future (though I saved for med school and had no idea I wanted to invest til later on).Since they are already college-age and have summer-only employment and are looking to invest in the near future, they either need to save money working more hours; forego instant-gratification luxuries (like dining out/new phones/new clothes); or wait a bit longer to invest.
