Conclusion: My conclusion is speculative and since I don’t have a crystal ball I wouldn’t venture to post this online, and also I don’t want to help or affect one particular city over the other, since as I mentioned I honestly like both destinations.

The previous lender undercharged me and the new lender even mentioned they dropped the ball and this is not my fault.

They have dropped the ball on me and my businesses many countless times in the last year or so.
