Golf simulator added amenity for STR
Hello,
I recently had an idea for adding a golf simulator in a room as an added amenity. A decent one can run you about 10k. Has anyone tried this? What are your thoughts? I personally believe it would add a ton of value and increase occupancy!

It will depend on your demographic @Ethan Swat. If you are near a major course and get golfers, I can see this as a major addition.
If you are on a lake or in the mountains, maybe not so much.
I don't know if I would use ChatGPT for this, but I would look at see what other are offering. It is a lot of money on a "maybe". It might result in more bookings and it might not.
