If you go with NO bathtub -- only showers in both bathrooms, you will limit your appeal to adults only renters.

i am in a similar situation where my tenants in an adult community and everything is electric and realized a $300 bill may be a regular occurrence.

But are you telling me Grandmas don't have common sense and logic after being adults for 40+ years, don't know how to get an attorney, never heard of a licensed agent, and don't know how to read, (you see where I am going with this), so should these grandmas not be able to vote if they don't have simple logic?

Most kids have tablets they watch YouTube and Twitch on, but adults still want to watch a movie or something!
