Tenant got engaged- and she is moving in
My tenant informed me that his fiancé intends to move in in September. He is a great tenant and I prefer that he remain with us. He has a year lease until next Feb 2023. My question: do I need to add the fiancé to the lease or any other steps to protect me from any potential issues that may arise? Thanks BP
