I know I am not normal at this end of the business that I know.. most would have just walked around came up with some BS excuse why they were there would have thought these people deserve what they are getting how can anyone fill a house full of garbage and live like that  etc etc..

OK, so I'm scratching my head figuring what's going on.Back thing, I have an elderly neighbor who sweeps my sidewalk, take care of garbage cans, change light bulbs.

The best solution is to make sure the garbage is in can and secure where no rodents can get in ad try cleaning trash bin with bleach and spray with ammonia I heard that keeps rodents away.

My calculated mortgage cost would be around $1,217 a month, with other expenses like property management, garbage, etc.

real quick, you have PM @3%, 0 for advertising, 0 for water/sewer/ garbage, and only 5% for repair and 5% cap ex.

They didn't clean at all, left the place mess, and left furniture and garbage in the apartment but on a positive note they never asked me for their deposit or gave me their new address when I asked them (proof in text messages) so I guess they are not concerned about it.  

Unfortunately, there are lots of FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS rampant on BP promoting this very garbage.

Here are the issues:- Dogs left outside, barking 24/7; police have been called at least 20 times; 4 neighbors getting ready to file a lawsuit- Started paying rent late, now 2 months in a row; never emailed or called us to inform of late payment- Not maintaining yards front or back; lawns are dead, weeds everywhere, trees overgrown- Parking "toys" outside and on the street (boats, SUVs, trucks, cars, golf carts, etc)- Leaving furniture and garbage everywhere outside (on the front patio, side yard, front yard -- everywhere!)

Trust me, this is a garbage deal.
