I made a lead capture website over the weekend and I'll spend some time tonight figuring out how to drive traffic.  

I always discuss this with tenants during lease signing that basically I don't want ANY business activities that could cause increases traffic and parking to the properties, or anything prohibited by my insurers. 

This happens several times per day.I assume it's a result of high traffic - just wanted to let you know there are probably a lot of users out there getting frustrated with the down time.It's particularly frustrating when trying to post something, then you get the error after you hit submit and have to start over!

My wife is a Computer Science major with programming web design and IT experience and is the Idea Engine of our organization (Iroko Properties), I am an Electronic's Engineer with 25 years of wireless telecommunications experience in Project and General Management a good combination to creatively move our business forward.

I've been trying to learn as much as I can all over the web but this place seems to be the best and biggest. 

I used it to pay for collage and when I graduated to follow a career in Web engineer I set it to inactive.  

I can give some interesting insights into some of the deals we've done, and what types of real estate we like to own.Basically, we like to buy properties on major suburban roads with excellent visibility and traffic counts.  

Even an absurdly priced property is going to have some sort of traffic.  

We surveyed blogs and web sites and readdozens of stories about people who like us, were sold a bag of lies and misrepresentations.
