Hi, I have spent the last 11 years in the auto industry with Mercedes-Benz and just took a leap out into real estate. 

I have two adjacent properties in Scarborough (Cliffside Village) and I am looking at requesting severance to build 4 or 5 freehold towns on the combined lots.  

This was prompted by my search for a lower rate on my auto-insurance (I have geico, so it's already pretty low) but I realized lower rates are not what I have insurance for.

We give $500/month, mortgage $1200, minimum student loans $711, van loan $171, daycare currently around $600/month (will go up now that we have 2nd child), phones, energy, internet, water, trash combine for $360, auto insurance $143/mo...etc.We got rid of directv 18 months ago, do 80% of our grocery shopping at aldi, we don't use credit cards (except when i was running my online store), we rarely eat out.

If you have a good realtor (and you're ready to do a deal) they can set you up on auto Alerts from MLS for properties that fit your criteria.

Real estate companies don’t earn credit scores to stand on their own like an auto repair shop or other commercial business might.

Personally, I get all of my rent checks deposited directly into my bank account, either via auto deposit or the tenant going into the bank to deposit it. 

Some examples of exchangeable personal property could be business assets, aircraft, artwork, coin collections, construction equipment, and fleets of autos or trucks.
