Would be looking at probably just 1 bed 1 bath condos on the beach for no more than 220K.I'm a newbie to real estate and finance, I'm a a Registered Nurse by trade, so I appreciate yall's advice on where to start, how to go about financing this deal and if it would be the right decision for what we're wanting.

I started analyzing properties on MLS and came across a double in a good neighborhood in our area that was listed at 370k (the New Orleans area is expensive in good areas).  3 bed 2.5 bath both sides and approx. 3500 sq. ft. total.

Brick siding is preferred for future rehabs, try and purchase with existing driveway (this one had no concrete or gravel bed) and ALWAYS have contractors sign a lien waiver as work is completed.

Weekends are also better for me as I have two little ones to get to bed, but might be able to make Monday the 22nd work if we do it after 530 or so.Edited to add that I can only do it if we are doing Louisville.
