I can absorb the information but I often wonder if this can ever be a full-time venture or if I'm going to dabble the rest of my life.I know it's up to the person, but I want to hear if the idea is/was a reality for some of you.

I know that this is a large range but a lot depends on whether the small town can absorb 21 spaces and how quickly and the cost of enticing home owners to your park.Good Luck.Bill

As others have said there is a report on the HUD site, but the best (IMO) is to ensure your purchase price can absorb some electrical work.Good Luck
