Help valuating my Mobile Home Park
I need some help putting a value on my Mobile Home Park. Any information would be helpful on how to price this great asset.
The break down:
The property is in a great area of a small town in North Carolina. We have 21 spaces (6 of these are in a 100 year flood plain) Each space has, power, telephone, gas, city water, and city sewer. Paved road and sits on Hwy frontage.
The local lot rent is $150.00 per month.
The local Mobile Home Rent is $425 per month
