Planted 10,000 trees on 28 acres. 

I spent the day in a new investment property priming a bedroom that was originally painted pink, then "retouched" and "textured" with a sponge and globs of prostitute-passion red latex paint .

This includes drywall/texturing/paint, re-hanging cabinetry, installing baseboards, replacing carpet padding and tacking/stretching carpet back in place, replacing an ice maker box valve, as well as painting (though we may just do this ourselves).

@Michael Plante If you don’t mind me asking, at what point would you flip a Mobile Home?

To remove the acoustic texture, it is first wetted down and then scraped. 

It looks decent and even has some "texture" from the creases.

I have a four-family house in Stamford that has a small yard, a handful of bushes/plants, and a 5-10 yard sidewalk up to the front door. 

@Alexander Felice @Michael Plante I’m actually in talks with the seller now to make the purchase.  

We source our water directly from the county and flow our sewer to the municipality, we have no well/lift station/treatment plant or any chemicals.

It keeps it’s texture much longer and it is easier to keep clean.
