I've broadened my view to out of state investing, honing in on landlord friendly states.

I've always wanted to go to Anchorage for fishing.

Mountain biking, hiking, climate, fishing, boating, peaceful mountains, etc...I hope to retire in an over 55 community in East Tennessee.
