I have mixed emotions about demo. It's fun at first because it doesn't take very much brain power. However, after you swing the sledge hammer ten times you start to realize it's going to be a really long day. I can still remember a 20s built on site concrete and tile tub I had to remove from a house 10 years ago. That was a long day...
