This person rushed him thru the apartment to get leased signed.Since moving in there are many issues: kitchen floor has water damage and floor is warped, the apartment is disgustingly dirty, cracks in the walls, water damage in bathrooms, mold in bathtub, ants all over the apartment, vents haven't been cleaned, air conditioner only dropped 2 degrees in 24 hours, no smoke detectors or sprinklers.

Have an Air Conditioning or Heating guy come in and look to see if it's the AC/Heat.
