Hey everyone,

Let's discuss the pros and cons of the enigmatic, lucrative and tight-rope-esque SAME DAY TURNAROUND.

What are your tips, tricks, strategies and stories regarding the practice of renting your STR on the same afternoon that someone checks out.

I've been doing it here in Florida, I have four same day turnarounds in a row coming up, starting this weekend and ending later this month.
