The population is increasing and that will mean higher unemployment and higher unemployment will mean higher spending on social programs and less spending on infrastructure and activities that result in economic development. However, it could also have a positive impact on the US real estate as Chinese economy becomes unstable, Chinese people will look to invest in US for more security and real estate is one investment vehicle that Chinese people understand and love.In fact, I am working with some Chinese investors that are looking to invest in my local market to get more secure and stable returns than the volatile returns they get in China.

I have found the buyers that provide financials, communicate well and on time, and do not have a problem saying exactly what they want have a high chance making to closing. The others that want to control everything, have little to no experience with a commercial transaction, and think they know it all tend to be flakes, unfocused, and a waste of time.If someone wants to remain a mystery they can give me a 20,000 upfront non-refundable retainer for my time spent on them and if they actually close on something if allowed in that state I would give a credit for the 20k.As a broker you just can't work with unstable buyers who will waste your time for nothing.

The more unstable a market, the higher the returns have to be in order to take down a project.
