When something comes up that they messed up and there is bad blood do you want to lose a friendship over a $4000 roof?

My family used to manage mid-size apartment buildings and some managed motels and hotels; it must be in my blood.

Realtors are OK but so many of them aren't doing any business themselves, so there's only so much blood you can squeeze out of a turnip.Mailers?

My client has the property from hell, with an old-school forced air furnace.....I was able to get them great tenants at a great rate..... only to find the blood sucking heat drain it all away....Bills go up to $500/mo!!!.....

Also, if a personal factor makes you sell you can take a blood bath.

I dig Tai Lopez.Creative financing becomes the life blood of RE investing at some point for all investors it definitely seems!

We ended up getting a hardmoney loan on a duplex in Minneapolis (while we lived in San Diego) in a up and coming neighborhood, we lightly rehabbed when we went out there and left as soon as it got too cold for my blood.  

I understand it doesn't compare to midwest cities however COC return, in my opinion, keeps the blood flow of real estate investing.
