Hi all,So just I submitted over a contract to a gentleman for a duplex near Rice University and the Museum district that is in a area where some serious revitalization is going on.  

It's really important to me and necessary for what's been going on but I'm still walking on rice paper with every decision so every step has to be as best as it can be.

And it's literally a few miles from "A" areas like midtown, Montrose, downtown, rice, etc.

If you’re looking for school district Russel Creek area near (rice and elementary school) is a very nice school zone but those are in the 300k+.

well, before you have a overflow and get damaged floors, cabinets, CALL A PLUMBER.he'll let you know what the issue was,, why would you hesitate to call plumber..if grease is a factor tell them no grease down drains,, rice is bad also.. anyway not sure what your lease says for maintenance but drains do get clogged and if other units are down line.. line this is top floor, could be backed up in units below also..Toilets, tubs, showers,, yup they'll all need attention from time to time..
