Hello,

My name is Cleshe' I'm new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I am a up and coming wholesaler.. up and coming meaning today...lol

I have a wonderful husband two awesome sauce kids a boy 15, and girl 16..

Whoo almost free!... :)  

I have been dabbling in real estate since 2006, mainly with just my husband. I have purchased two homes so far... one I live in with my family, one that I rent out and i'm currently looking for one now hopefully I will close within the week.

I came to Bigger Pockets because a friend suggested I join since I have developed a passion for real estate and would like to learn all I can about the in's and out's of the business. What better place to do that than here
