I realize this message is a couple years later, but I am HOH and looking to connect with other investors to brainstorm how to overcome certain challenges.

I'd like to know what were some of the biggest challenges you had to over come, starting out in your REI career?

What emotional or temporal obstacles did you have to overcome to purchase that first 8 unit? 

Are there any bad experiences out there and ways to overcome it?

The biggest mistakes I have made were when I assumed I was strong enough to overcome the psychological effects of dealing with debt. 

It takes months to evict etc.So next I went to a sub2 and felt like I almost showed her the potential value for her (she needs to move asap because her husband has new job)  but she said she needs the money to close on her second property.How do you overcome that objection I get it often - "I need capital to close on next property" or "what if tenant doesn't pay rent"Any help would be appreciated! 

@Alexander Vasquez The way you feel internally will come across when you speak to associates so you’ll have to overcome the personal feelings you have or they will end up holding you back.
