You have to market yourself and nurture your leads.

As far as what we can be approved for I am the only one with any credit currently but they are looking at getting credit cards to help build and nurture that.

Once you find one, nurture the relationship and they will be a huge asset to you.   

Children's behaviors are formed from nature(genetics) and nurture(how their raised).

Remember, and I am borrowing this from Will, the REO business is about relationships - you will have to build and nurture the relationship to get access to the best opportunities.

DMM leads require multiple touches, nurturing, filtering, yeah i know sometimes a lay-down will just magically land in the lap and close with 1 touch but anyone stating to there DMM operating like that on the regular I call BS, I call EPIC BS.
