Do you think one-on-one Couching is worth it?

Just recently I'm working with my new couch / mentor training me..so he suggested I get involved bigger pockets site.

He felt that there wouldn't be any issues, but until I get that full funding, I couch it in "possible" funding.I did get an approval from a private lender out of Canada, but his references have been hard to connect with, and I am not sure how else to check him out.

The sooner we get the 96% off of the couch and back to work - the sooner the economy and the USA can recover.

Most of the content is to buy our book which makes me more money blah blah, while doing a video from in front of a whiteboard without a lapel mic so the video sounds like they are coming from inside a box or tin can, and these guys are supposed to be multi-millionaire real estate geniuses and they can't afford a $100 lapel mic so they can be heard properly?

I have lots of people start lifting with me and hang for a short amount of time only to go right back to holding down a couch not too far down the road.

Someone else might want to add a carpet or rug where they place their couch or sofas to make the room cozier.
