Hi everyone.I am a new newbie in SC and NC market.

Currently part time analyzing the market and getting finances and marketing strategies together for a great start.

I've been following BiggerPockets for a few months and I can tell,you all are amazing out there making this forum very helpful!

I went through the Beginner's Guide and I'm currently following Josh Cantwell, and I think he is sharing a lots of detailed information too.I am following the podcasts,and I had to read the legendary "Rich dad-poor dad" everyone talks about.

Anyway,I am highly motivated,energetic and hard worker and would like to connect with you all.
