After obtaining an MBA, I still didn't know.After leaving corporate america, and closing my first wholesale deal of $7k, I was convinced and haven't looked back.

With a full time job, evening MBA program, and a kid coming this week I need all the focus and motivation that I can get.

I just turned 24 I have a undergraduate degrees in Finance, Accounting, Managament and I have an MBA with a focus in Finance - unfortunately I graduated in tought times and cannot find a good job (currently making 12.50 per hour as in intern in loan review department of a bank.)

If you're going the heavy finance route, it doesn't matter as much what you do in undergrad, but you'll probably need an MBA or masters in Finance or Economics to get into a major investing firm that specializes in real estate.
