Hi BP, my name is Andrea and I am a new member.

I live in 33021 (Hollywood) and work in 33027 (Miramar) and 33026 (Pembroke Pines).

I'm here to learn about buying and managing multi family properties.

Any advice on how to start learning?

A little bit more about me, I'm a television executive and cello player, single mom of 1 year old baby twins. Originally from Costa Rica, went to school in New Orleans (BA/MBA) and got my RE sales associate license a few months ago.
