How many of you are full-time investors?

I am just curious to know who is a full-time real estate investor here and who invests in real estate while working another job? If you work another job, what kind of industry you are in?

As of today, I am now a full time Real Estate Investor. I had my retirement ceremony yesterday after almost 32 yrs in the AF.

I do not know if it counts being full time since I am retired. I will have to figure out what to say when people ask what I do: if I tell them I am a real estate investor or retired military.

The one downside is that I will have to change my profile picture. Since I am retired, they will not let me fly F-16's anymore.

I have most of our projects on auto-pilot. Property managers, project managers, etc. I will need to determine how to spend my additonal time without getting in the way of those that already doing a great job.

Best wishes to all.
