I'd just leave it be unless you feel it's a safety hazard for fires having a garage full of flamable junk or an invitation for mice to breed and habitat in countless boxes of old smelly clothes that they'll never wear again.

We went to the place unexpectedly and found clothing and stuff there.

Then there is the one who hasn't bathed in a week and wears the same clothes every day.

Corning is small with a few Business Jack-in-the-Box,McDonald’s Burger King, Taco Bell,Denny’s small business is Daisy’s ice cream and yes a donut shop that has its costumers,a few cloth stores that are barely getting by and My father owned a restaurant in Corning sadly lasted 10 years so he had to sell it but he still owns three other buildings a salon that my sister runs a real estate agency and now an empty building.

It’s common sense but some folks would rather spend that money each month on cigarettes and booze clothes eating out nikes etc, .

Also, they cost about $17 each vs about 50 cents for a normal receptacle.If this were my rental, I would only consider rewiring if the wire was old enough to be cloth covered.

Water heaters, dampness, foundation issues, control panels, the pricey stuff will show itself.

Clothing stores are getting pounded but that has been the case for about a decade now.
