I would say in general that the syndicators I've been exposed to if they are good, have their investors interests at heart and realize we want long term relationships with our investor base.

I know that in MO, you've got to have a couple of years behind you as a "Salesperson" before you can get your Brokers license (and thus have your own PM company) - but as long as the partner who has their Broker's license is willing to hold your Salesperson's license... you can manage as a fully legal PM to your heart's content.

I am now put through to XXXXX, yet another new person.This person pretends to represent the property (they do not) and says it is under contract (it is) and that if MY HEART IS NOT SET ON THAT PROPERTY can they sell me some other ****.
