So I called my company, they went out and found that there was low freon (~2lbs) but there was also a ton of grass/dirt on the outside compressor so they cleaned that as well and also did an extensive cleaning of the inside coils, checked for leaks both inside and out and found none.

The last thing you can do is listen and see if the condenser unit (the part outside with the compressor, condenser coils, and fan) is making a lot of racket, such as buzzing, when operating.

The concrete dust from drilling the holes should be blown out with an air pump (best to use an air compressor) so the epoxy has a good bond.

If you install two units, would that cost $15k for everything (2 units, compressor, vents, ducts, permit, etc)?
