ALWAYS make sure your LVT has a FINISH over the wearlayer of Alunminum Oxide or Ceramic Bead for scratching resistantance; nothing is bullet proof but it helps tremendously.

I've done the tub refinishing in several apartments,, usually warranty is 1 year.. you can expect to refinish again in 5 years if it gets heavy use.I've paid about 360 a tub. and is done in one day for 1 tub.Really strong odor..They also do the ceramic tile surround for about 200 more. which turned out SUPER.

As you can see ugly teal 4" ceramic wall tiles, white 16"X16" floor tiles,  white toilet, pedestal sink and cast iron tub.I have pulled the sink off the wall in order to do some plumbing and electrical repairs.

I looked it up and it looks great but I think I'd rather go ahead and replace this nasty carpet with ceramic tile to match the rest of the house (as closely as I can).
