I was not there today-had to get my boat ready to go fishing tomorrow-but I did have dinner and a glass of wine ready when the lady got home!

For a small fish like myself, renting out on the Wasatch front is really nice.

They go to ones in the neighborhood.Talking about landlords taking over, my dad's favorite fish market was kicked out by his landlord, and they been in the business at the same location for 50 years then, in the 3rd generation.

Boaters might look for a marina, fishing charter company or boat dealer.The bottom line is that buying a business really isn't that hard and can be very rewarding - and in my opinion, less risky than dealing with tenants.

My true passion is fly fishing which is the industry my business falls within.
