Hello from Boise, Idaho.

My name is Brad Allison. I am new to this whole real estate arena and I am very interested in increasing my knowledge and diving in to the investing side. I currently have a full time job in the health care industry but I am quickly getting burnt out and struggling with a mediocre salary that barely surpasses my student loans. I actually hold two jobs right now, the other is my own business I started two years ago. My true passion is fly fishing which is the industry my business falls within. Knowing it would be a struggle to turn my business into a full time operation while making ends meet, I have spent the last year in search of ways to ramp up the business while keeping my full time salary and benefits holding job. Free time to work within my passion is something that has been extinct lately. I have always had an interest in real estate but have never invested in any research or gaining a knowledge base. Lately, the W2 thing has become less important to me compared to giving back to a community I have grown to love, the waters and fish Idaho is rich in and the amazing people who haunt those waters and seek out the elusive fish. I would love to be able to invest in real estate whether it is through wholesale and fixing or rentals...maybe a little of both. But having some passive income mixed with some working income all while making some fishing nets and bamboo fly rods for the fishing folk all I want to do.

I'm not sure on a time frame yet as capital wealth right now seems foreign but am eager for some guidance and mentoring.

Thank you for the long winded time to introduce myself. I look forward to this new endeavor and meeting some new colleagues.
