They should see this as an act-of-good faith and leave the property in good condition, as well as be more accommodating for showings. 

If you are hemorrhaging money now, throwing out a few bucks to accommodate them might be an excellent cost saver in the meantime. 

Ask the tenant what features are important to them in a rental and see if you can accommodate.

In Ogden, many seller's require an offer before they will accommodate showings. 

It is reality that you pay for a nights accommodations.

None of them are "white collar," per-se.One of my investing goals is to improve living conditions in parts of inner city Houston by re-positioning some of our cool old 1930s housing stock to accommodate class-B tenants, particularly Millenials and retiring Boomers. 

I know most of the members from NS live in the HRM but I think there are also members in Truro, Windsor, New Glasgow and other smaller communities so we could vary where we meet to help accommodate other members.Just a thought I had.
