We look to ease that burden, and help prevent indoor accidents, by having fencing in the back yard so the tenant can just open the back door to let doggie out whenever, come back in when finished, no big deal.It seems like a good amount of houses we look at already have a fully fenced backyard or are 3/4 fenced and we can just quick add in a bit of chain link with a gate and good to go.
