Evergreen Midtown ( Madison and Copper St. ) are definitely the " It " places right now , especially for the younger Millenials to hang out and wanting to live .So I am trying to position myself , by Purchasing in a Desired area NOW , so that I can easily Rent out the Property at a nice Monthly Rental Rate ( $1,100 - $1,300 ) I would even be willing to purchase a Duplex or Multi-Family residence ......

If you want to keep them, I strongly suggest you sign a new lease with them (from Wisconsin Legal Blanks, order their small landlord package) - you can try to raise the rent, oftent he existing old contract is not very good for you, and it will make them respect you more.

Hello everyone, I begin my real estate courses here in North Carolina staring Monday.

The yard was literally a 2,200sqft blank slate after the ADU build.

No matter how nice they think their stuff is, better to have a blank wall than a picture of Aunt Betty.

The only violation would be if you told them that they couldn't be your resident because they were (Fill in the blank of the protected class).Sticking to policies aren't a bad thing.
