Sure, you can limit occupancy in the lease, but if somebody reports you – nothing good can come out of that. 3 bedroom SFR are fine, but in an apartment setting this could be a problem.

I will order a diminished value report, which will basically tell us the value of the 11 feet and FATICO will compensate you for the loss of that 11 feet.
