I'm a PM on 5-6 jobs at a time, and find Evernote and google drive to be the most helpful and free way to collaborate and delegate on multiple jobs

We put our ideas together and collaborated on a couple of open houses during construction using Virtual Reality which we do in my design practice.

I've also been impressed by the wealth of knowledge and collaborative spirit on this platform.Today, I'm reaching out to connect with fellow investors and other real estate professionals to exchange experiences, insights, and possibly collaborate on future endeavors.

Develop local relationships with people who are winning- collaborate and learn! 

I prefer meetups where the culture is collaborative, and knowledge & connections are freely shared.
