You are managing 5-6 flips at once and you choose to do it all in house. How do you capture the property info, job/task to be delegated to the property? Mindmaps, Whiteboards, etc?

Workflow management is for the investor/manager. Contractors should only be getting the information they specifically need to accomplish their portion of the job.  I will typically post a schedule of the rehab at the property before rehab starts.  That way, the contractors know who will be in the house which days, and if there is any scheduling issues, they can (sometimes) negotiate amongst themselves to resolve them.
