Yes indeed... there are just so many resources out there that you can easily get lost and stumble across mediocre content at best.BiggerPockets and the various forums is a great place to start.Couple questions I would have for you is where are you located?

Firstly, i wanted to give a shout out to Josh Dorkin and Brandon Taylor, i wouldn't be here if i did not stumble upon your podcast through my initial google searching about real estate investing, since then i have listened to the first 25 podcast episodes, and am listening to a new one everyday (in my 1 hour commute), and you both have inspired me and lit a fire to go after my dreams of being a real estate investor. 

I stumbled across this conference in our local city.  

I always hear abiut Real estate,  it was nothing to me until  I stumble  on Rich dad Poor dad after I read the Book 1/21/21 I started  listening  to Robert Kiosaky youtube's video then I saw that guy  with long beard  and smiling with the title say "how to stop living  paycheck  to paycheck  so I click on it then here I'm being a Bro and now Negotiating  my first  deal on a multifamily.
