Hi guys, long time lurker and first time poster My name is Kito, hailing from beautiful BC up in Canada. I had stumbled on this site last year after coming into some pretty substantial raw land that I needed to figure out what to do with. Since then I've been learning and diving into the world of REI, buy-and-hold multifamily properties to be specific. I'm still working on my first deal, trying to decide if buying a duplex first is my move or to build on the raw land. So far I've been looking to do the long distance thing in Nova Scotia, primarily in a town just outside of Halifax named Dartmouth (also trying to decide if going into the US is an option but that double taxation thing is rough). All that being said, I look forward to being more active with you guys. Glad to finally say "hi"
