I stumbled across this conference in our local city.  What do you think?  Has anyone been to one before?  As new investors scrambling to find a deal and learn financing strategies  I know we have lots to learn.  Are these really worth the money?

@Joseph M. well I was tempted to add that Charlotte should keep her wallet at home.  I have been to a free 2 day seminar that I walked out after lunch the first day.  Even for free I think I paid to much.  It was a sales pitch from the first word.
