On a rehab project it's easy to argue that a skilled carpenter, electrician, or plumber that has done that trade every day for most of their life can do higher quality work than a DIYer.

The inspector recommended that a licensed electrician fully evaluate the electric panel and replace the panel as necessary.The 30A circuit at the main panel is run to 20A wire in the junction box above the panel.

You know I am paying a full price contractor and the electrician installed the lights in my bathroom are 1/2" uneven and one is off level.  

Only licensed electricians and plumbers can apply for one and do the installation.

He’s really looking to find electricians and contractors with experience in flooring, siding, and some other odds and ends that work in the Great Falls, MT area.

It should take two electricians one full day to complete.

Make sure you have good sources for plumbers, electricians, handymen, etc. 

Several quotes from local electricians have been very high.I got a quote from a handyman for 40% of what the other quotes were.

He installed the unit with a couple of his crew members around July/August and there have been issues such as the heating unit dripping into the drip pan and overflowing causing a 4x8 whole in one of the finished bedrooms, a drip line placed above our electrical box, an electrician coming out to redo the wiring to the units because it was done incorrectly, and now that it’s cold we haven’t been able to get the heater to work.
