The problem is I have sunk a boatload of money into this place in the last few years, just did a top to bottom rehab on one side, need to cut down a tall pine tree (probably $2500) and have some other structural challenges, and am tired of spending on this joint.Thanks for the response.

I replaced the window in the guest bathroom with a stained glass window I found for $150 in a Salvage/antique shop off of 7th ave in phoenix, called Qcumberz.

I find melted glass bottles and melted aluminum cans in my fire pits.

She broke the glass stovetop & I'm certain she hasn't gotten it fixed ( I gave her the option of me doing it & invoicing her or she could fix it) since I haven't heard anything about it.

They couldn't repair but could replace the glass in a couple of days for an unreasonable amount.
