Advice on starting out in real estate investing in the St. Louis area.

I am 20 years old and have been interested in and intend to invest in real estate in the St. Louis area in the near future. Is there any advice from those in the St. Louis area (or outside St. Louis) that would be willing to share information for a beginner? Specifically, how a student or recent graduate can begin their real estate journey?

I know there may be unique challenges being so young, so here is some information about my current situation.

- Will graduate with no student debt (full-ride scholarship)

- Have savings

- Have a Roth IRA

- Currently studying in Europe and had to put real estate on hiatus for some time

I greatly appreciate any advice.

Thank you.
